Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase directly to us without first contacting our team.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund
Any personalized item is not refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged (Example: Jerseys with flocking or Retro Vintage jerseys).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Returns and Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping and original delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Size Exchange
Size exchange is available provided the item(s) are unused and the tags are still attached.
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to availability.
Please include the reason for the exchange and the desired size when contacting customer service.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and reship). The return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the Foot Dealer team.
